February is traditionally focused on heart health, and this year we’re widening the lens. True heart health goes beyond physical markers to include stress regulation and meaningful connection. When we support emotional wellbeing, we positively influence cardiovascular health, focus, and performance. Research consistently shows that strong social connection lowers stress, supports heart health, and builds resilience. This month, we’re inviting you to care for the heart in a more holistic way by prioritizing nervous system balance, connection, and everyday practices that help us feel grounded, supported, and well.

Join us this February for a variety of wellbeing offerings at Marco, from daily 10-minute movement breaks every morning at 10:00 AM CST to engaging keynotes, workshops, and challenges designed to support heart health, stress regulation, and connection. One Tiny Habit for February

Big change doesn’t require big effort.


Research consistently shows that tiny, repeatable habits are more likely to stick and create meaningful impact over time. Small actions reduce friction, build confidence, and help regulate stress while supporting focus, energy, and overall wellbeing.

This February, we’re inviting you to identify one tiny habit you want to try this month. That’s it. No perfection. No overhaul. Just one simple action you can realistically repeat.

How it Works

  • Step 1: Share your one tiny habit, along with your name and email.

  • Deadline: Submit by February 14 to be entered into a $25 gift card drawing.

  • End of Month Check-In: We’ll follow up to see if you followed through and how it felt.

  • Bonus: Everyone who completes the end-of-month check-in will be entered into a $50 gift card drawing.

Run, Fun & Done: 2025 Quarterly 5K Highlights🏃‍♂️🥇🏃‍♀️

From snowy sidewalks to sunny trails, Marco employees showed up all year long. Across all four seasons, hundreds of participants walked, ran, and moved together this year— with friends, family, coworkers, pets, and plenty of joy along the way. These quarterly 5Ks have become one of our most loved wellness traditions, reminding us that movement builds connection, strengthens wellbeing, and creates memories that last far beyond the finish line. Thank you for making our 3rd Annual Week of Wellness such a meaningful success.

From afternoon hikes and mason jar salads in Fargo, Sioux Falls, St. Cloud, and Minnetonka, to powerful keynote sessions with Dan Nevins, Amy Impara Gregory, and our own Heidi Uphaus, last week was all about reconnecting—to ourselves, to each other, and to what well-being really looks like.

We loved seeing your engagement—from the Wellness Passport to hydration challenge check-ins—and watching wellness take shape in real time: over lunch, on a trail, in conversation, or at your desk. You showed up, and it mattered.
