Thank you for making our 3rd Annual Week of Wellness such a meaningful success.

From afternoon hikes and mason jar salads in Fargo, Sioux Falls, St. Cloud, and Minnetonka, to powerful keynote sessions with Dan Nevins, Amy Impara Gregory, and our own Heidi Uphaus, last week was all about reconnecting—to ourselves, to each other, and to what well-being really looks like.

We loved seeing your engagement—from the Wellness Passport to hydration challenge check-ins—and watching wellness take shape in real time: over lunch, on a trail, in conversation, or at your desk. You showed up, and it mattered.

October is Mental Health Awareness Month

Each October, the U.S. recognizes Mental Health Awareness Month as a time to reduce stigma, increase understanding, and highlight the importance of mental well-being. Mental health affects every aspect of life—our relationships, work, energy, and resilience. This month is a reminder that caring for your mind is just as important as caring for your body. By raising awareness and prioritizing open conversations, we can create supportive communities where everyone feels safe and encouraged to seek help when needed.

🧠 Tip of the Month: The 5-Minute Reset

When stress builds, try a simple 5-minute reset:

  • Step away from your screen.

  • Take 5 deep, slow breaths.

  • Name 3 things you can see, 2 things you can hear, and 1 thing you can feel.
    This short practice grounds you in the present, lowers stress, and helps reset your mood—an easy way to protect your mental health during a busy day.
